Exchange

We accept return requests for items that are unused, and have all original tags intact. Products must be returned in their original packaging (if applicable) and in the same condition as received.

If you wish to return an item, your request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review and inspect it. You will be contacted to confirm receipt and that your request is being processed. A follow-up message will be sent once the request is completed, informing you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, we will issue an online store credit equal to the value of the returned item. This credit can be used for future purchases.

Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one at your doorstep. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via:

Return Shipping

After submitting a return request via email or WhatsApp:

  • If the item was delivered incorrectly from our side, we will arrange a free pickup from your doorstep.
  • If the item was delivered correctly but you wish to exchange it, you can:
    • Pay Rs. 250 for doorstep exchange service, or
    • Ship the item back yourself.

Once we receive the item, we will issue an online credit or process the exchange accordingly.

Product Exchange Limitations

Mini Libaas strives for customer satisfaction and facilitates exchanges where possible. However:

  • Items purchased on sale or promotion are not eligible for exchange.
  • During sale periods, the final sale price will apply to any exchange.
  • Items must be in resalable condition.
  • All tags and packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused.
